Minnehaha Academy impressing in basketball, boys’ hockey

The Star Tribune ran an article here about the upcoming season for boys’ and girls’ basketball, and boys’ hockey. Each of the three teams have an exciting and promising season ahead of them.

Despite graduating some great athletes, the girls’ basketball team still has one of the top girls’ high school players in the area: Sarah Kaminski. The team started the season with a win over the defending class 2A state champion: Dover-Eyota.

The boys’ hockey team opened their season with a 14-1 win over Legacy Christian Academy, which was the most goals scored by the team in over a decade.

The boys’ basketball team has entered the season with a high ranking in class 2A and a great win over class 4A Henry Sibley. The team is full of young talent that will be exciting to watch
